Purchasing Questions
Q: How do I download a pattern I have purchased?
A: You will receive an email right after payment with a link to download the pattern. If you do not see that email, you may want to check your Spam folder. If you are still having trouble accessing the pattern, email me and I'll be happy to help you!
Q: Do you take custom orders for finished animals or custom patterns?
A: Unfortunately, no. I do not take any custom orders at this time. I'm sorry for any inconvenience. If you would like a list of shops who do sell the finished animals form my patterns, email me and I will share those with you.
Q: What discounts do you offer?
A: Buy any 3 individual patterns, get 10% off: use the code SAVE10 at checkout. Or, check out my Pattern Packs section under the Collections tab for discounted bulk deals.
Q: Am I allowed to sell the finished animals made from your patterns?
A: Yes! You are welcome to sell any finished animals made from my patterns. If you sell online, please tag or link my shop for pattern credit. Please do NOT copy or redistribute any of my patterns or pattern pictures and claim them as your own.
