Here are the materials you will need for each of these patterns:
BO THE BAT
• Crochet hook size: G/4.00mm
• Worsted weight yarn: gray (63 yards needed), dark gray (9 yards needed), and a strand of pink
• Yarn needle
• One pair of 12 mm safety eyes
• Polyester fiber fill stuffing
• Sewing needle and gray or black sewing thread
Final measurement for the finished bat will be 6 inches (15 cm) tall.
CINDER THE TINY CAT
• Crochet hook size: 3.75mm
• Worsted/medium/4-ply weight yarn: black, plus 1 strand of white and 2 strands of light pink
• Yarn needle
• One pair of 12 mm safety eyes
• Polyester fiber fill stuffing
• 1 long strand of white embroidery floss (for the whiskers; white yarn can also be used)
Final measurement for the finished cat will be 4.5 inches (or 11.4 cm) tall.
GLOWBERT THE GHOST
• Crochet hook size: 3.5mm
• Medium/worsted/aran weight yarn*: white – 42 yards needed
• Yarn needle
• One pair of 12 mm safety eyes
• Polyester fiber fill stuffing
• One strand of black embroidery floss
*Use DIY Glow yarn from Lion Brand Yarn or another glow-in-the-dark yarn to make your ghost glow!!
Final measurement for the finished ghost is 3.5 inches (or 9 cm) tall.
JESSE THE JUMPING SPIDER
• Crochet hook size: G/4.00mm
• Worsted weight yarn: brown (or other color of your choice)
• Yarn needle
• One pair of 12 mm safety eyes and one pair of 6 mm safety eyes
• Polyester fiber fill stuffing
• One strand of black embroidery floss (for smile and eyebrows)
• Soft wire brush for fuzzing the crochet spider – a dog or cat slicker works perfectly for this
• For the long-legged spider only: 3 pipe cleaners in a color similar to your spider’s color (also called chenille stems)
Final measurement for the short-legged spider is 4 inches wide (10 cm) and 2.5 inches (6.35 cm) tall; final measurement for the longer-legged spider is 4.5 inches (11.5 cm) wide and also 2.5 inches tall.
